What is turnover?

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before withdrawing any bonus winnings. At this platform, the requirement is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount, not the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, the turnover is based on RM200. You must place bets equal to that multiple, not just the bonus, to meet the condition.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots contribute 100% of every bet. Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, usually contribute a fraction—often 10% to 20%.

Low-odds sportsbook selections, like heavy favourites with short odds, typically contribute nothing. Always check the game weighting table in the lobby before you play.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is stated in the offer’s terms, commonly around RM30 per round.

Placing a single wager above that limit voids the entire bonus and any winnings from it. Your original deposit remains unaffected, but the bonus and its profits are forfeited.

Bonus expiry window

Every bonus runs on a rolling window starting from the moment it credits. You must complete the turnover requirement within that period, often 7 to 30 days.

If the requirement is unfinished by expiry, the bonus portion is removed. However, your original deposit stays in your account and can be withdrawn or used freely.

How to check progress

Your current turnover balance is displayed in the account dashboard. It shows how much you have wagered and how much remains. Updates are near real-time.

For live dealer or sports bets, contributions appear after the round or event ends. If you see a discrepancy, contact customer support through the site’s live chat.

Deposit methods and bonuses
